1. terveystarkastus tehty - 1. health check done

Kävimme tänään illasta Lexien kanssa ensimmäisessä terveystarkastuksessa. Akuuttiin varailin ajan yli viikkoa sitten ja samalla madotinkin neidin. Nyt on neiti katsottu ja piikki annettu. Ilmoittauduimme samalla Akuutin omaan pentukerhoonkin.

Lääkäri Minna Liinamaa sanoikin tykkäävänsä tytöstä paljon, että on terve ja hyvä luonne. Neiti pojottikin pöydällä iloisesti ja ei käyttäytynyt huonosti ollenkaan. Olen siis neitiä opettanut hyvin kosketteluun ja katseluun. Hampaatkin antoi katsoa nätisti. Piikki ei pelottanut myöskään, vaan neiti oli kuin Viivi pentuna eli ei tajunnutkaan, että sellainen niskaan laitettiin. Punnitsin Lexien samalla ja painoa oli kertynyt nyt 3 kg tasan.

Omistajalle tuo kaikki lääkärin kehu on aina ihanaa kuultavaa ja tuo lämmön sydämeen. Alla neiti 12 viikkoa vanhana.

Today evening we went with Lexien to her first medical examination. I phoned us a time in Akuutti over a week ago and at the same time a give her worm treatment. Now, she is checked up and 1. shot is given. At the same time I singed her up to Akuutti's own puppy club.

Minna Liinamaa was our doctor and said that she likes our girl a lot - she is healthy and has good temperament. Miss Lexus stood cheerfully on the table and did not behave badly at all. So, I have taught her very well in touching and viewing. She gave the doctor to look at her teeth nicely. Shot did not bother her either, she was like a Viivi as a puppy ie did not know at all what was put on the neck. I weighed Lexie at the same time, and she weighted 3 kg.

Joulu on syöty ja kaikki väki nukkuu - Chrismas has been eaten and everyone is sleeping

Joulu on ohitse! JES! Joulun jälkeen tulee aina kauhea ahdistus siitä syödystä ruokamäärästä. Onneksi ne lähtevät joulun jälkeen nätisti, kun tehostaa lenkkeilyä ja vähentää määriä. Tasapaino on siis pian saatu kehoon takaisin.

Viikot 52 ja 1 pidetään tosiaan taukoa agilityn harjoittelussa, joten Viiville on tiedossa tylsät ajat. Tosin kotona ei kovin tylsää ole, kun Lexie pistää parastaan kiusatakseen Viiviä.

Agility on meillä nyt tavoitteena aloittaa ensi vuoden puolella myös Lexien kanssa. Viivin agikurssin vetäjä Kirsi Yliruokanen suositteli meille pentukursseja, joita alkaa keväällä. Aloitan nyt tiedustelut niiden suhteen.

Viime päivinä on ärsyttänyt ehkä eniten talvessa nuo pakkaset. Harvassa ovat päivät, jolloin pakkasta on -15. Eilen oli hyvä päivä, koska pakkasta ei ollut kuin -10, mutta tänään pakkanen on laskenut taas normilukemiin eli -20 ja enempään. Lexietä ei viitsi ulkona paljoa pitää ja Viivi ei lenkillä tykkää olla pakkasen ja tuulen takia. Toisaalta, kun tähän vielä lisätään minun nuha, soppa on valmis. Mökkihöperöksihän sitä tässä tulee!!!

Joulu meni mukavasti. Vanhempani tulivat meille viettämään aattoa ja joulupäivää. Oli mukava viettää joulua näin. Tämä oli myös ensimmäinen kerta, kun vanhempani tai kukaan tuli viettämään joulua meidän kanssamme näin. Teimme paljon ruokaa ja ostimme juotavaa kaikkien tarpeisiin. Petri paistoi ensimmäisen joulukinkkunsa tänä vuonna. Loppujen lopuksi ruokaa ja juomaa oli yli tarpeiden. Petri veikin tänään töihin viimeisiä rääppiäisiä. Viivi ja Lexie nauttivat siitä, että saivat olla kotona ja täällä oli uusia ihmisiä viettämässä heidän kanssaan aikaa.

Mitä Lexie on tehnyt?

Täytyy vain sanoa, että Viivin kanssa pääsimme helpolla. Nyt, jos koskaan, sen on huomannut. Tulevaisuudessa en hanki koiraa keskellä talvea. Jos hankin, hankin sen kevättalvesta. Näiden pakkasten takia, sisäsiisteys on vielä jossain unelmissa. Paperille mennään noin kolme kertaa viidestä. Tätä tapahtuu vain öisin tai silloin, kun silmä ns. välttää. Olemme tosin selvitäneet tähän inhottavaan asiaan syyn ja hyvän ratkaisun. Tiemme vie ananaskauppaan tänään. Olisikohan mehu hyvä asia?

Jätä-sana on opittu kohtuullisesti viimein. Tosin joskus halu voittaa edelleen käskyt. Pienellä ei vielä kenttäkestävyys ole niin huipussaan. Hauskinta on seurata, kun käskyä toteutetaan käytännössä. Mahtava tilanne on päivittäin se, että Lexie ei saa mennä Viivin kupilta syömään. Siinä vieressä Lexie tanssii ja haukkuu kuin puhuen itselleen: "Emäntä on sanonut, että ei saa ottaa. Jos kuitenkin ottaisin, koska se on hyvää. EI! EI! EI! En saa ottaa! Jos kuitenkin ottaisin? EI! EI! EI! En saa ottaa!" Tuota jatkuisi vaikka kuinka kauan, joten olen sitten napannut tytön syliin ja vienyt pois vaikean päätöksen juurelta.

Chrismas is over! JES! After Christmas comes always the feeling of disgust of all the food you ate. Thank god it all goes away soon nicely, when you put some power into jogging and minimize the amounts of food. Balance is soon back in the body...

Weeks 52 and 1 will be break weeks from agility training, so Viivi is going to have some dull times now. On the other hand at home it ain't so dull at all, because Lexie puts her best in teasing Viivi.

We have desided to start agility training with Lexie too in beginning of the next year. Viivi's agility trainer Kirsi Yliruokanen recommended us some agility puppy courses. They start at spring. I have begun to ask about those.

Lately I've begun to hate these frosts in winter. It's been a couple of days when frost is less -15. Yesterday was a good day, because we had only 10, but now is now -20 degrees or more. I can not put Lexie out hardly and Viivi not go walking because there are a lot of frost and the wind is blowing. On the other hand, when you add all of this in addition to my cold, the soup is cooked. I soon "mökkihöperö"!

Christmas went well. My parents came to us to spend the eve and Christmas day. It was nice to spend Christmas this way. This was also the first time, when my parents or anyone came to spend Christmas with us this way. We did a lot of food and we bought a drink for all needs. Petri baked his first chrismas ham this year. Ultimately, food and drink was over our needs. Petri took left overs to work today. Viivi and Lexie enjoy that we had these new people at home with us and spending time with them.

What has Lexie done?

I'll just have to say that with Viivi we got easy. Now, if ever, it is noticed. In the future, I do not get a dog in the middle of winter. If acquired, the acquisition must happen in the late winter. These sub-zero temperatures makes it impossible to house train the dog. She goes to paper about three times out of five. Although we have tried to take Lexie out always after sleep and eating, the amount of pee is enormous. Pooping has at least returned to normal - 3-4 times a day, and always after food or a nap.

Lexie eats virtually everything that just happens to be nearby teeth. Lexie eats moldings, walls, shoes, rugs, newspapers, sofas and its own poop. Nice, huh? This only happens at night or when she's out of sight. Admittedly, we have found out the reason for this disgusting matter and a good solution . Our path will take us to the pineapple trade today. I wonder if juice is a good thing too?

Leave-word we have finally learned in some situations. Although sometimes the desire wins the commands. Little Lexies field strength is still in progress. Funniest thing is to follow the command in practice. A great situation on a daily basis is when Lexie cannot go to Viivi's cup to eat. Jouluista helinää ja pörinää

Jouluviikko - MITÄH?

Niin se vain tuli - jouluviikko. Tässä vaiheessahan pitäisi olla valmiina kaikki joululahjaostokset ja kuuset laitettuna + kortit lähetettynä. Samoin pitäisi olla jouluruoatkin ostettuna ja muuta. Arvatkaapa, mitä olen saanut noista tehtyä? Melkein kaiken. Jouluruokien ostokset jätämme tässä huomiselle, mutta muuten olen saanut tehtyä kaiken muun. Kauheaa!!!

Anoppini Marjatta kävi kyläilemässä luonamme viime viikonloppuna. Viivi ja Lexie olivat aluksi hieman ihmeissään uudesta ihmisestä, mutta tottuivat pian. Jopa syliin piti päästä nukkumaan, joten aika hyvää luottamusta antoivat Marjatalle. Viivihän on aina tykännyt Marjatasta, joten Lexie vain jatkoi samaa perinnettä. Viimeisenä iltana oli ilo katsella, kun Lexie nukkuu hartaasti jalkovälissä Marjatan tehdessä ristikkoa.

Touhua on riittänyt: kakkaa ja pissaa tulee normaaliin tapaan, lehtiä revitään normaaliin tapaan ja kaikki mahdolliset muruset syödään normaaliin tapaan lattialta. Tämän lisäksi pidetään vielä pientä villiä koko ajan yllä eli leikitään ihan päättömänä kanana.

Olemme aloittaneet tehokkaamman sisäsiisteyskasvatuksen. Viemme neidit aamulla heti heräämisen jälkeen ulos. Lasken päivässä aina kahden tunnin välein, milloin pitäisi ns. pissien tulla. Tällöin vien aina neidit pihalle, jotta he tekisivät molemmat pissan ulos. Viivi näyttää mallia ja Lexie tekee perässä.

Kävimme eilen taas pentuvierailulla. Nyt veimme me itsekin pennun käynnille. Eija ja Juha ottivat meidät avosylin vastaan. Tämä oli kiva, koska Lexie kaipasi leikkikavereita ja siellähän niitä oli oikein joukoittain. Paikalle saapui myös Kaltakarin Aini. Hän samalla ns. koplasi pennut ja Lexie pääsi mukaan myös. Paljon kehuja tyttö sai, joten katsellaan, mitä tuleman pitää.

Lexie otti pian koko laumasta valta-aseman ja alkoi ns. alistaa muita tahtoonsa. Oli hauska katsoa painimista, kun neiti nakkelee menemään toisia pentuja leikkimielisesti. Muutama painikuva jäikin talteen:

Lexie jäi Petrin kanssa Seijalle ja Juhalle, kun me Viivin kanssa menimme sitten illaksi agitreeneihin pitkästä aikaa. Tämän jälkeen vuorossa onkin kahden viikon tauko.

Viivi nautti treeneistä. Kirsin sanoin Viivi pääsi viettämään "kahdenkeskistä aikaa mamman kanssa". Tämä oli oikeasti hyvin sanottu, koska meidän kemiat osuivat hyvin kohdalleen. Esteillä osasimme olla ihan kohtuullisen hienosti ja keppejä osaamme mennä jo ilman nauhaa. Rengas tuotti aluksi hieman vaikeuksia, koska meitä pelotti nimenomaan nuo kilisevät metalliketjut. Metalliääni on paha ääni Viivin mielestä.

Harjoittelimme seuraavia esteitä:
- Hyppy - putki - (hyppy) - hyppy - hyppy x 2 (ympyrässä pidempi ja sitten lyhyempi)

Christmas Week - WHAT?

So it came - the Christmas week. Today should be ready all the christmas gift shopping and the trees should be decorated + christmas cards sent. Similarly, should chrismas food be taken care of too. Can you guess what I have done of all those things? Almost everything. Christmas shopping for dishes we leave tomorrow, but otherwise I have done everything else. Horrible!

Marjatta, my mother-in-law, visited last weekend. She spend couple of nights with us. Viivi and Lexie were initially puzzled about a new people, but soon they got used to her. They had to go to sleep at Marjatta's arms, so pretty good confidence they gave to Marjatta. Viivi has always liked Marjatta, so Lexie just continued the same tradition. On the last night it was a joy to watch, when Lexie was sleeping in Marjatta's lap, when she was making her chrossword puzzle.

There is hustle in the air: Lexie poos and pees as usual, she gets newspapers torn out as usual and eats any crumbs from the floor in the normal way. In addition, she gets yet a little wild at times or she plays with Viivi like a headless chicken.

We have begun a more efficient internal cleanliness education. We export ladies outside in the morning immediately after waking up. I calculate that at two hour intervals she should do her things. So every two hours I take the ladies at the yard, so that they would both pee out. Viivi shows the way and Lexie will follow.

We went yesterday to visit other puppies. Now, we took our puppy to a visit too. Eija and Juha welcomed us with open arms. This was nice, because Lexie was in need of playmates and there was lots of them. After a while, there arrived Kaltakari Aini too. She looked and checked the puppies and Lexie got checked too. She received a lot of praise, so let's watch what is to come later on.

Lexie took control over a whole herd as soon as possible. She wants to subject others to her will. It was fun to watch wrestling when Miss Nutcase and the other puppies went to each other in a playful manner.

Lexie stayed with Petri at Juha and Seija, when we went to agility training at the evening. It had been a while. After this, there is a two-week break.

Viivi enjoys the trainings. As Kirsi said, Viivi agreed to observe a "two-on-one time with Mom." This was really well said, as we had chemistry that evening. We löike to jump and they go well. Sticks we can go, even without the strap. The tire was at first a little difficult, because we are afraid of precisely those metal chains. Metal sound is bad sound from Viivi's view.

Aikaa kuluu todella nopeasti koiria katsellessa. On se vain niin jännää, miten nuo kaksi keskenään kisuavat.

Viivi ja seikkailut

Olemme nyt Viivin kanssa aloittaneet paluun normaaliin arkeen. Pahimmat pakkaset menivät siis ohitse ja olemme päässeet käymään lenkeillä. JEE! On se ollut mukavaa, kun neiti on päässyt irtautumaan välillä alituisesta kisuamisesta ja häirinnästä. Lexie nimittäin pitää parastaan siinä, että saa näykittyä Viiviä takamuksesta tai sitten partakarvoista.

Viivi on aloittanut nyt se dominoinnin sitten kunnolla. Se pyöräyttelee aina Lexietä, jos tämä alkaa uhittelemaan liikaa. Viivi taistelee myös leluista nyt hanakammin. Tosin vielä onneksi ovat leikit olleet ihan mukavia ja hyviä eli Viivi ymmärtää, että Lexie on vielä pieni.

Lexie ja elämä uudessa kodissa

Lexie on kyllä valloittava tapaus. Se osaa olla nätti ja toisaalta sitten ilkeäkin. Lexie syö kaiken mahdollisen, mitä lattialta löytyy. Meillä oli paljonkin sanomalehtiä aluksi lattioilla pisuvaippoina, mutta olemme joutuneet vähentämään niiden määrää sen takia, että Lexie tykkää syödä paperit. Nyt lehtiä on vain pisu- ja kakkapaikoilla, jonne mennään itse asialle. Ehkä kohta siirrymme ulos.

Lexie on nauttinut viimeiset päivät siitä, että hän on saanut käydä syömässä takapihatossujani. Kyllästyin lopulta kokoaikaiseen vahtimiseen ja kieltelyyn. Sivelin niihin hieman tapascoa ja vielä habanero tapascoa, jotta pureminen loppuisi. Jätin kengät lattialle, ja jäin odottamaan, mitä tapahtuisi. Lexie meni tavalliseen tapaansa kenkien luokse ja otti yhden haukkauksen. Tämän jälkeen alkoi tapahtua: pää vetäytyy nopeasti pois tossuilta, jonka jälkeen suuta piti maiskutella ja tassulla puhdistaa. Tämän jälkeen Lexie juoksi ympäri kämppää pärskien ja päätä heiluttaen. Lexie on ärhäkkä tapaus. Jos kiellät häntä jostakin, hän haukkuu sinulle takaisin. Se on aivan eri asia kuin Viivin kanssa. Viivi teki aina niin kuin sanottiin ilman hirveää taivuttelua. Katsotaan, mitä tässä tapahtuu. Pitää vain olla tiukka.

Lexie on myöskin osoittautunut varsinaiseksi gazelliksi. Siivosin eilen työhuonetta ja kasasin sitten ns. tavaramuurin, että tytöt "eivät pääsisi" minua katsomaan sinne. Lattialla kun oli pientä tavaraa, joka menisi ainakin Lexien suuhun nopeasti. Viivi ei tullut, koska häntä kun kieltää kerran, hän ei tule. Lexie taas koko ajan kiipeili muurin päälle ja jäi sitten siihen seisoskelemaan tulematta alas tai toi siihen tikun, jota tämä sitten jäi syömään sen muurin päälle. Korkealta on siis kiva katsella maailmaa. Varsinainen kukkulan kuningas -kompleksi on siis syntymässä.

Ihaninta on, että yöt meillä nukutaan hyvin rauhallisesti. Ei ole turhia vikinöitä kesken yön eikä herättämisiä. Pitkät yöunet nukutaan hyvin rauhallisesti, joka on todellakin ihanuus! Pissoja neiti on yöllä tehnyt, mutta silloin se on noussut vain sängystä pois, pissannut kauemmas nukkumapaikalta ja mennyt takaisin nukkumaan.

Olemme myös harjoitelleet ulos pissimistä. Vielä se ei ole onnistunut kuin kerran, mutta eiköhän sitä tästä selvitä eteenpäin, kun pahimmat pakkaskaudet menevät ohitse.

Time passes really quickly while watching these dogs. It is just so exciting, how those two together get along and settle the score.

Viivi and adventures

I have started to return to normal everyday life with Viivi. That means the worst frosts are finally over and we can go to our walks. Yay! It has been nice when she has got to break away from the constant harassment. Lexie tries to be indeed the best of it, that she can bite Viivis buttocks or click beard hair.

Viivi has started properly her way to dominance. She always trows Lexie if this starts to bark or tries to take over. Viivi fights over toys now. Fortunately, even though the games were really nice and good, Viivi understand that Lexie is still small little puppy.

Lexie and the life in the new home

Lexie is indeed a captivating persona. She can be pretty and then on the other hand very mean. Lexie eats everything possible thing, what can be found on the floor. We had plenty of newspapers as diapers at first on the floor, but we have been forced to reduce their number by the fact that Lexie likes to eat paper. Now the leaves are only to pissing and pooping zones. Perhaps some point we move out to pee and poop.

Lexie has been enjoying the last days of eating my backdoor shoes. Finally I got fed up with a full-time guarding and saying "HYIII!" I put some tapasco to them a little (habanero tapascoa) to end the biting. I left my shoes on the floor, and I waited for what would happen. Lexie, as usual, went to the shoe's and took one bite. After this began to happen: the head retreats quickly from the shoes, after she smack her mouth and cleaned it with paws. After that Lexie ran around the place coughing and moving her head waving. I gave her some milk, so the worst burning would be eliminated. Thereafter, no slippers were no longer bitten by Lexie.

Lexie is a feisty fellow. If you deny her something, she barks back to you. It is a very different thing from when you compare her to Viivi. Viivi always did as told without the awful power of persuasion. Let's see what happens here. You just have to be strict.

Lexie has also proved to be an actual gazelle. Yesterday, I cleaned the studio and then I heaped a so-called wall so that the girls "would not get in the studio". There would be lot of little stuff on the floor, which get easily to Lexies mouth. Viivi did not come there, because when you deny her something, she will not do it. Lexie on the other hand climb over the wall and then stayed to stand on the wall. There she would stay and watch the world or go and find a stick and eat it there - top of the wall. From so high is so nice to look at the world. The actual king of the hill complex is being created.

Most wonderful thing is that at nights we sleep very peacefully. No whining at nights. Long night's sleep in a very calm state - which is really wonderful! She does pee at night, but then she rise from off the bed, pees and then comes back to sleep.

We've also been practicing peeing out. Yet it has failed more than once, but I think we'll get there after the worst frost season.

Viivilandia - over and out...

Ensimmäiset päivät takana!

Viikonloppu on mennyt vilahtaen. Miten se aika kuluukin tuolla lattian rajassa riehuen tuon yhden pienen kanssa ja sitten tuo isompi yrittää koko ajan viedä myös huomion. Hieman on vielä epävarma olo Viivillä omasta asemastaan, mutta eiköhän se selviä, kun vahvistamme sitä tietyillä tavoilla. Toivottavasti neiti tajuaa, että hän on se ensimmäinen ja ottaa lopulta valta-aseman.

Viivin asema ja maailma nyt

Viivi on ollut Lexien saavuttua hieman epävarma omasta tilastaan. Otetaan vastaan siis neuvoja, miten aikaisemman koiran asemaa voi parantaa tai totuttaa hänet siihen, että täällä talossa on nyt kaksi koiraa. Viivi on vielä aika kulttuurishokissa kaikesta tästä, joten toivon (sormet ristissä), että iso neiti tajuaa olevansa herra pian. Aika toivottavasti parantaa tilanteen.

On ollut hauska seurata iltavillejä tytöillä, kun kämppää kierretään kauhealla vauhdilla ympäriinsä. Perusreitiksi on nyt tullut juosta olohuoneesta eteiseen, eteisestä keittiöön ja keittiöstä olohuoneeseen takaisin. Siinä matot saavat kyytiä ja alustat samoin. Rataennätyksiä on rikottu joka ilta.

Hauskin leikki, miten olen tässä valtataistelussa nähnyt, on ollut tikun omistajuudesta väittely. Kun Lexie sai tikun, Viivi otti sen pois ja kantoi omaan paikkaansa. Pian Lexie tulee perässä ja ottaa tikun Viiviltä pois. Lexie juoksee omaan paikkaansa, mutta pian Viivi on perässä ja ottaa taas tikun pois. Tätä jatkuu vaikka kuinka pitkään. Lopulta toinen kyllästyy ja se toinen on useimmiten Viivi. Harmillista, että neidistä on tullut "munaton", vaikka aikaisemmin esimerkiksi shelttilenkeillä ja kaikissa muissa paikoissa neiti on ollut se ykkönen. Katsellaan, miten ajan kanssa käy.

Olen yrittänyt vahvistaa Viivin asemaa siten, että olen tervehtinyt häntä ensimmäisenä aamulla, antanut ruoan ensimmäiseksi Viiville ja aina tehnyt kaiken ensin Viiville ja sitten Lexielle.

Sairaus hiipi perheeseemme

Kaikki valokuvaukset ovat jääneet vähälle, kun Petri on sairastunut uudelleen tautiin. Kuume nousi lauantaina illalla uudelleen ja mies meni ihan tukkoon. Ääntä tuskin lähtee ollenkaan ja sitten silmät rähmivät kauheasti. Kuume on ärsyttävä siten, että se nousee ja laskee koko ajan. Se ei asetu aloilleen ollenkaan. Hänellä on tosin aika varattuna iltapäivälle lekurille, joten toivottavasti saamme jotain selvyyttä, onko tämä se possunuha vai ei. Toivottavasti ei tartu minuun! Olen ottanut nyt itse kauhean vitamiiniähkyn, että ei tulisi päälle. (Sormet ristissä!)

Pitää siis itse ottaa kamera käteen. :D

The weekend has gone past with speed. My time has been spend on floor level with that new little rascal, and then I try to give the bigger one some care, that she does not get too jealous. Viivi is little uncertain still, but I guess it change when you confirm it in certain ways. Hopefully, she realizes that she is the first.

Viivi's role in our world now

Viivi has been a little insecure when Lexie arrived. So every advice is taken in notice, how the earlier dog can accustom to the fact that there is two dogs in the house now. Viivi has a little culture shock of all this, so I hope (fingers crossed), a big girl soon realizes that she is the master of the house in a good way. Time will hopefully improve the situation.

It's been fun to watch the "wild" girls, when the cabin is rotated around in a terrible pace. For a basic tour has now become a run from the living room to the hallway, from the hallway to kitchen, then from kitchen to the living room back. Carpets get banged and platforms as well. Track records have been broken every evening.

The funniest play, what I've seen between this power struggle, has been defining the ownership of a stick. When Lexie got stick, Viivi took it out and carried it on her own case. Lexie will soon follow and take the stick from Viivi. Lexie runs to her own place, but soon after Viivi comes after again and goes off with the stick. This continues endlessly. Eventually, one of them get tired of second and usually its Viivi. A pity that the lady has become a "ball less", although in the past, for example sheltti gatherings and at all other places she has been the number one. We'll see what happens with time.

I have tried to strengthen the role of Viivi such a way that I'm the first to greet her in the morning, I give the food first to Viivi and always do everything first to Viivi and then to Lexie.

Sickness crept in the family

All photographing is now on pause. Petri has got the flue again. On saturday night, fever rose again and the man went pretty sick. Sound barely leaves at all from the troat, and then the eyes get glotted terribly. Fever is changing all the time: it rises and falls all the time. It does not settle at all. He is got a doctor appointment for the afternoon, so hopefully we get some clarity on whether this is - the piggy flu or not. I hope he did not give it to me! I've been taking lots of vitamins now. (Fingers crossed!)

Viivi & Lexie

Henna ja Petri saivat eilen maailman parhaimman joululahjan: Lexien eli Kråkeslottetsin Miss Lexuksen.

Neiti tuli perheeseemme positiivisten yllätysten sarjan kautta. Lopuksi kaiken kruunasi onnellinen päätös, että saisimme hänet.

Kävimme hakemassa Lexien kotiimme eilen lauantaina Luleåsta. Hakureissu oli sinänsä vaivaton, vaikka aluksi pelkäsin, että matka olisi vaikea ja pelottava kokemus pennulle. Hän kuitenkin nukkui suurimman osan ajasta. Lexie tosin oksensi kerran autossa ja pissasi kerran syliini. Ei sen suurempia. Ihan normaalia varmaan hakureissulla.

Ilta meni mukavasti tutustellessa. Viivi oli hieman aluksi ihmeissään tuosta pienestä karvapallosta, joka ilmestyi yhtäkkiä kotiimme. Ilta menikin Viivin puolesta haistellessa ja haastaessa leikkiin. Kämppää juostiin ympäri tosissaankin välillä.
